DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE TEST OF DIRECT SEED METERING DEVICE FOR RICE HILL

In order to meet the requirements of rice field precision direct seeding in rows and hills, a spiral grooved seed metering device for hills is designed. The Matlab software used study movement trajectory buds groove during process. Based on quadratic regression-orthogonal rotation combination design, taking working speed wheel, length helix angle as test factors, well qualified rate hill diameters, grains miss-seeding indicators, performance tested by JPS-12 bench. data are analyzed using Design-Expert 6.0.10 obtain mathematical model between factors indicators. results show that when rise 71.0°, 10.8mm, wheel 23.2r/min, diameter, 91.06%, 94.64% 3.64% respectively. meets agronomic seeding.
